CANADIAN LCD PRICE-FIXING CLASS ACTIONS

A settlement has been reached in the Canadian LCD price-fixing class actions with the final group of defendants. The settlement totals $7.6 million.

This will be the third and final distribution in this case. The settlement funds were distributed to late claimants from the previous distribution and the top 500 claimants from the previous two distributions. Cheques were issued to eligible class members on August 27, 2021.
