Who can get money from the settlements?You can get money from the settlements if you bought any of the following products between January 1998 and December 2006:
- an LCD panel (10” or larger measured diagonally)
- a notebook computer
- a flat-screen computer monitor
- a flat-screen television containing an LCD panel. A flat-screen television might contain either an LCD panel or a plasma panel. See FAQ #4 for more information.
It does not matter what company manufactured the LCD panel, television, computer monitor or notebook computer that you bought. You can claim for any brand or model of LCD panel, television, computer monitor or notebook computer. See FAQ #6 for more information.
